Blair House Inn Bed and Breakfast and Fine Dining

The inn is located just off Ranch Road 12 (which runs North and South through the town) but since we are set back on 22 rolling acres, you cannot see the inn from the road. When you are on RR 12, be looking for our Blair House sign to point you in the right direction!

Directions if you are traveling north on I-35 (from San Antonio)

• Take I-35 north to Exit 202 Wonder World Drive in San Marcos.
• At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and go under Hwy I-35.
• Turn right on Wonder World Drive. This will turn in to Ranch Road 12. Take this road out of town (about 15 miles) until you reach the flashing yellow light at the junction of Ranch Road 12 (which you are on) and 32.
• Turn right to stay on RR 12.
• Go 2.4 miles to Spoke Hill Drive. The Blair House sign is on the right.
• Make a RIGHT onto Spoke Hill Dr., and then an immediate RIGHT into our front entrance. Come up the long driveway to the main house.

Directions if you are traveling south on I-35 (from Austin)

• Take I-35 south to Exit 213 (Kyle/FM 150).
• Follow access road to stop sign and turn right.
• Follow that road past the town square to the next stop sign and take a right.
• Follow 150 (the road you are on) out of town until it veers to the left at the junction of 150 and 3237.
• Keep going straight (you are now on 3237) until you dead end into RR12.
• Turn left onto RR12, cross over the Blanco River.
• Take the first left (Spoke Hill Drive) after the Plaza del Sol shopping center.
• Ours is the first driveway on the right.

Directions from Houston

• Take Hwy 10 to Hwy 80 and go towards Luling. After Luling stay on Hwy 80 towards San Marcos.
• You will come to Martindale. Turn left on Highway 101 (Old Bastrop Hwy).
• Turn right on Country Road 232 (Redwood) going west which becomes Wonder World Drive.  Continue on Wonder World Drive which becomes Ranch Road 12. Take this road out of town (about 15 miles) until you reach the flashing yellow light at the junction of Ranch Road 12 (which you are on) and Highway 32 .
• Turn right to stay on RR 12.
• Go 2.4 miles to Spoke Hill Drive (first right after the green “Wimberley” sign). The Blair House sign is on the right.
• Make a RIGHT onto Spoke Hill Dr., and then an immediate RIGHT into our front entrance. Come up the long driveway to the main house.

Directions from Dallas

• Take I-35 south bound to Austin. When you arrive in Austin take South Toll Rd. 130.
• Continue to SE Toll Rd 45 until you dead in to I-35 just past Creedmoor.
• Take I-35 south to Exit 213 (Kyle/FM 150).
• Follow access road to stop sign and turn right.
• Follow that road past the town square to the next stop sign and take a right.
• Follow 150 (the road you are on) out of town until it veers to the right at the junction of 150 and 3237. Keep going straight (you are now on 3237) until you dead end into RR12.
• Turn left onto RR12, cross over the Blanco River.

Directions from Austin Bergstrom International Airport

Take Hwy 71 East to toll road. Take toll road 130 South and follow directions from Austin.
