Chef Sebastian has been at the helm of numerous fine dinning restaurants such as the Swiss Austrian Restaurant, The Belvedere, The Grape, the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Dallas, TX and the AquaKnox Restaurant located in the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Chef Sebastian will create innovative dishes that will pair well with wines from the best Wineries in Texas.
