Welcome to our Texas Hill Country Bed & Breakfast

Final Summer Cooking Schools: Blair House Inn

Summer is winding down here in the Texas hill country. The Blair House Inn bed and breakfast is down to the final summer cooking schools. Our classes have been a big success this season and we want to finish up with a bang. Wimberley, TX weather has been pretty hot this year. Get out of the heat and join us in the kitchen for some professional level cooking techniques to impress friends and wow family. We can definitely teach an old dog some new tricks here at the Blair House Inn.

To become a truly skilled chef, French cuisine should be second nature. Chef Chris will teach the basics to a few staples of French cuisine. The French cooking class has been our highest attended school this summer. Come see why. Our new Farm-to-Table cooking class is a diamond in the rough at Blair House Inn. With more and more people trying to eat healthy, fresh and organic ingredients have become very popular. We will show you how to take those quality farmers market finds and turn them into a masterpiece. Sometimes, all that is needed to prepare an amazing dinner is to just get out of the way of your ingredients. That is what this cooking class teaches: quality and simplicity. Two things that is lacking in most cuisine these days. Let us help you become the chef you always wanted to be; sign up for one of the final summer cooking schools today. We hope to see you soon in the Wimberley, Texas hill country at Blair House Inn.
