September 8th – 10th : Country French Cuisine – Chef Chris will teach you basic French techniques that you can apply to all of your home cooking. September 22nd – 24th : Sauces 101 – This class has no shortage of flavor! Enjoy learning dishes with a common main ingredient and tasting the dramatic different flavors sauces will bring. Start by learning the Five French Mother sauces Béchamel, Veloute’, Tomato Sauce, Hollandaise, and Espanole. You will also make vinaigrettes, mayonnaises, and flavored oils. Don’t forget the dessert sauces, caramel, fruit Coulis, crème Anglaise, Chantilly cream, and syrups. Pack your friends and families taste buds with maximum flavor.
