This weekend Blair House Inn will be hosting Westcave Cellars Winery for our 15th annual Vintner Dinner Series. Westcave is first in a series of local wineries invited to pair their outstanding wines with Executive Chef Chris Huffman’s gourmet cuisine. Westcave has joined us over the years and we are excited to have them back. They produce a wonderful wine and are very knowledgeable about their process and the life of a Texas wine maker. It takes a strong mind and body to grow wine in Texas. Our Vintner Dinner Series highlights what is best about Texas wines and the people who make them. The Westcave Cellars Vintner Dinner kicks off our 15th year of this collaboration. Come join us for a Saturday evening dinner this weekend, January 23 and every Saturday until the end of February.
