Prudy McKenzie’s style is unmistakably soft, clean and slightly whimsical, catching the essence of her subject whether they are buildings, florals, or landscapes. Her art is reflective of her life, full of vibrant color and an exciting, flowing style. The artwork is in deveral mediums including pastel, oil, water color, acrylic, pencil, and charcoal. McKenzie also does portraits and full figures which are displayed in homes throught the country. She is a memeber of the Wimberly Art League and the group’s past president as well. We house over twenty works in our collection with subjects ranging from still life, landscapes, buildings, and florals. Mckenzie’s artwork is not to be missed when you stop in to the view Blair House Art Gallery in Wimberley.
