Texas Hills Vineyard: The rolling hills and the soil are much like that of the Tuscan countryside, in Italy. Once Kathy and Gary saw the location that makes the Texas Hills Vineyard they decided to have an Italian influence to their wines. All of the grapes grown allow wines to be produced with a decidedly Italian influence. Dale manages the vineyard and works to produce the highest quality Texas grapes with which to produce the wine. Gary takes what is produced and oversees the wine. Kathy manages the tasting room and invites you to drop by and sample wines and shop the gift shop.
Lewis Wines: Our winery and tasting room are situated on 100 acres just west of Johnson City, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country AVA, the second most visited wine country in the US! We proudly produce wine from 100% Texas grapes and invite you to discover a new generation of Texas wines in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
William Chris: William Chris Wines believes that the way to put Texas on the map as a respected wine region is to promote wines made exclusively from Texas grown fruit. They farm vineyards all over the state of Texas and varietals include Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot and more. They continue to grow each year thanks to the support of Texas wine lovers.
Fall Creek Vineyards: As one of the founding families of the Texas wine industry, we have made exquisite wines with grapes sourced from our estate in the Hill Country and farmer-owned vineyards throughout Texas for four decades. We celebrate our faith in the terroir with our continued dedication to match the right grapes with the right vineyard sites in the right soil and climate to produce benchmark wines.
290 Vinery: A family owned and operated winery and tasting room in Johnson City, Texas, which opened in October 2016. We currently offer wines from nine Texas wineries as well as wines from all over the US and the world. Our selection of fine wines is unique on the 290 Wine Trail.
Pontotoc Vineyard: Pontotoc Vineyard was established in the unique terroir of the Llano Uplift in the Northern Hill Country community of Pontotoc, Mason County, Texas. Pontotoc means “Land of Hanging Grapes” and the vineyard was planted in the fertile red sand soil of a high valley surrounded by pink granite outcroppings and sandstone hills on a farm originally founded by the German Emigration Company in 1872.
Torr Na Lochs: We purchased our 180-acre ranch while living in Scotland, and our time there inspired the name Torr Na Lochs, which loosely translates from Gaelic to Hill Over Lakes. Two years of weekends preparing the vineyard culminated with the planting of our first three acres of vines in April 2014. Winery construction started shortly thereafter, and the tasting room opened in September 2015. As native Texans, we are committed to wines made from only Texas grown fruit. We invite you to relax and enjoy the variety of Torr Na Lochs wines.
