Attend one of our Three Day Cooking Schools and choose from a variety of exciting cuisines, all served with hill country flair! Students will participate in 6 engaging cooking labs over three days with meals served in a casual, yet elegant environment. A portfolio containing recipes and tips from the Chef Instructor is provided to each student so that, once back home, they will be able to easily repeat the preparation of the dish and provide an amazing meal for family and friends. Each class is topped off with a picnic lunch.

Perfect B&B in Wimberley, Texas
My husband and I had to be in Texas for a weeding and we stayed here. It was the perfect hidden jewel. It was in a great location to get to San Antonio, Austin, Kyle, etc. I didn't think there would be much around but there is a glass blowing store nearby that was amazing and downtown Wimberley is adorable...lots of restaurants and shops. The staff at Blair House couldn't have been nicer. You get a full (delicious) b'fast each morning which includes fruit, a pastry and then a main dish. In the evening their turndown service is unique-wine and dessert delivered to your room. You can take a nice hike, use their sauna and surprise....a pool! All very relaxing. Also, their sheets...amazing!
