The staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived until we were headed home everyone was the best. We also enjoyed the cooking school with a spanish theme it was wonderful. "Chef" Bryan was very tolerent and helpful to all of us. The menu for the class was just what I was expecting. I am not only spanish but a chef myself. Every meal was served as a 5 star presentation. Can not wait to go back again. Thanks to all who made my stay wonderful. Jeannette
